Luuki Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Luuki service, website, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Luuki provides an AI-powered virtual try-on platform that allows users to visualize clothing items on their digital representation. The Service includes web and mobile applications that enable users to upload images, create digital avatars, and virtually try on garments.
3. User Accounts
- •Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- •Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- •Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
4. User Content
- •Ownership: You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Luuki a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
- •Restrictions: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that violates third-party rights, contains malicious code, or violates any applicable laws.
- •AI Training: You acknowledge that your User Content may be used to train our AI models to improve the Service. Personal identifiers will be removed before using content for training purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Luuki and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- •In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- •To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- •To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Luuki, a Luuki employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- •To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Luuki or users of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LUUKI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUUKI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luuki and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
